Stewart Hughes is the CEO and Chairman of Unicity. The company was founded in 2001 in the United States.
The headquarter of Unicity is located in Orem, Utah, United States. Unicity’s 2020 annual sales were estimated at $735 million.
Unicity is an MLM company that develops, promotes, and researches health and wellness products.

Unicity Joining Process
To join Unicity one has to become a Member or a Distributor.
Member (Preferred Customer)
Members can buy Unicity products at the wholesale price which is lower than MRP and can also earn rewards by referring others. They can’t take part in the MLM compensation plan of Unicity.
There is no fee to join, members only need to purchase a suitable product package from these:

Unicity Distributor Ranks
Unicity named its distributors as Franchise Partners.
PV (Personal Volume): PV is the fixed points on each product, which are generated when the product is purchased by the distributor or sponsored preferred customers. PVs are further used to calculate different incomes.
Active Leg: Any downline leg which has at least one active distributor i.e. maintaining monthly 100 PV, then that leg is called an active leg.
TV (Team Volume): It is the sum of the distributor’s personal and direct downlines’ PV. If any direct distributor is inactive (under 100 PV) then their direct downline’s PV (distributor’s 2nd level) also counts in our TV.
Leg OV (Organizational Volume): It is the sum of the total sales volume made by all downlines in a leg. Different active legs may require different OV to achieve some ranks.

1. Retail Profit
The difference between the discounted product price for distributor and retail customer price is earned as retail profit.
2. Fast Start Bonus
Distributors receive the Fast Start Bonus when new direct downlines accumulate their first 1000 PV. Upline gets some percent commission on downline’s PV. The percentage depends on the distributor’s CPV.
CPV (Cumulative Personal Volume) is the sum of total PV accumulated by a distributor after joining Unicity.
Fast Start Bonus commission percent depends on your own CPV. If you have only 200 CPV, then you will receive 10% as Fast Start Bonus and the remaining 10% will be pushed to your qualified upline.

3. Personal Rebate
Personal Rebate is for Managers and higher-ranked distributors.
When distributor makes purchases between 100 to 250 PV, they receive an extra 5% bonus on monthly PV and on crossing the 250 PV mark, Personal Rebate provides a 10% bonus on total monthly PV.

4. Team Development Bonus
Unicity rewards a fixed percentage on PV of up to 5 levels deep downline.
The percentage depends on the active legs, downline level and monthly personal PV. If a distributor is inactive, then the volume of their downline will be moved to the next active upline.

6. Lifestyle Bonus
A lifestyle bonus is for the director and higher-ranked distributors.
Unicity offers up to a $1,000 bonus based on the distributor’s qualified rank each month.
To receive the Lifestyle Bonus, the distributor requires 5 active legs and 3 legs with some minimum OV.
7. Presidential Club Bonus
When a Unicity distributor qualifies as Presidential Director or higher rank for at least 3 consecutive months then they receive a one-time bonus between $10,000 to $100,000 based on their current rank.
Distributors have to maintain 3 legs with some minimum OV as follows.
8. Additional Franchise Position (AFP)
To be eligible for this position a distributor must qualify for Presidential Diamond and rank higher with 5 legs for 3 consecutive months.
This position doubles the volume which is generated by the downline AFP.
AFP distributors are not eligible for lifestyle bonuses or presidents club bonuses.
9. Chairman’s & Founder’s Club Bonus
Chairman’s Club: To be eligible for the chairman’s club bonus, a distributor must have qualified for Double Diamond, Triple Diamond, Crown Diamond or Royal Crown Diamond for three consecutive months.

Unicity is a merger of two different entities Rexall Showcase and Enrich International held in 2001.
Royal Numico was the parent company of Unicity and they want to sell it. Hence they sold it to 2 executive managers of Unicity.
Stewart Huges was appointed as CEO of Unicity in 2006. He was working as a distributor and top leader of Rexall Showcase before the merger.
Same Wellness Products
More than half of network marketing companies promote supplement and wellness products and the same with Unicity as well.
Unicity issued a notice saying, their products follow FDA standards & guidelines, and are safe to use.
Unicity products look premium in quality as per packaging. But the major challenge for distributors is the high pricing of products.
Unicity products are overpriced compared to the retail market, making it difficult for distributors to promote them.
Is Unicity a Scam?
No, Unicity is not a scam. Unicity operates on a direct selling concept which is a legal business model in most countries. Unicity is different from fraud money-circulating ponzi and pyramid schemes.
Its distributors are paid commission based on the sales and purchase of their products in the downline.
Burden of Maintaining PV
Unicity compensation plan puts a heavy burden on maintaining PV on its distributors.
Starting cost with Unicity is around $200 which includes the first product purchase. For maintaining ranks distributors have to make purchases every month, otherwise, they all hard put effort will ruin, as Unicity transfers the volume of inactive distributors’ downline to the qualified upline.
Same time, higher ranks required 3 to 5 active legs accumulating hundreds of thousands of PV every month. Forget about growth, even maintaining director-level rank itself is a huge challenge requiring high-level MLM skills.
Should I Join Unicity?
The decision is completely up to you. First of all, we will recommend you to analyze and use Unicity products personally. Examine and compare these products with the retail market and answer that, are you able to sell these products?
Secondly, you have to recruit lots of other distributors to work with you, hence check your marketing, presentation and convincing skills.
MLM has a very low success rate and less than 1% of distributors make all profit, whereas 90% of distributors lose their money in buying overpriced products. Hence to make a decent profit from a company like Unicity, you have to be among the top 1% of distributors.
